Will not be back. Have heard the place was good. Seen that it was busy several times in passing decided to stop and give it a try. Customer service was terrible. Very rude. Had signs posted saying that it was special and would not honor the price that they have posted. He jerked the sign down and stated not what computer says. Took close to 20 minutes to get 1 plate of food. Person working the drive through at 1:47pm today. There were 2 signs posted on drive thru menu stating 1/2 baked with rice and 2 sides 11.99. He continued to argue even walked around with him to the menu and that's when he jerked down the signs and said no and walked off
The food is good… the customer service is terrible I don’t know the guys name but he works the drive thru every time I come here. He is very disrespectful, he always yelling and when you are telling him your order he is constantly saying “ is that it “ “ is that all “ when telling him your order he always screams hello are you ready hello go ahead with your order. I mostly have to come back because they mess up or forget something. Food 7/10 customer service 0/10. Because the customer service is extremely terrible I’m not coming back. Wait time is terrible.
Do not waste your time here! The Mexican man that answers the phone doesn’t not speak English! Then he has the audacity to try to be rude and hang up on people! I hope he can hang up on the health department and better business bureau, when they get receive my complaints! Refused to take my order, because he refused to tell me the flavors for wings! As I was driving and trying to place an order! He hung up on me and I called back, asking again. Then he hung up again I called back, still trying to order. I only was able to tell him it’s not on your website! So I went to Chex Grill. I did not argue, or anything……..simply left this review as I waited for my order from Chex Grill!
