I will second the review that this place is slow, BUT it's for an important reason: they make everything to order. And I do think this makes for jucier chicken than were they sitting under a heat lamp. I'm knocking them a point because it's just so expensive. I know it's in as trendy and high-rent an area as you'll find in possibly the ENTIRE country, but still, $25 for a chicken sandwich and fries is steep for me. That being said, I thoroughly enjoyed the spicy sandwich, which is a work of art to behold, and if you are visiting South Beach, this is a solid lunch option in a cool, high-end food court near the trendiest part of South Beach.

So I ordered the 4 piece chicken and side of fries, but when I received my plate I was given six chicken drumettes (part of the wing) as my chicken. Not sure why or if they were out of the chicken pieces but it would have been nice to know when I ordered that they did not have the pieces, especially since they are charging the same price which is totally unfair to the customer. I didn't complain, so tried to enjoy the meal....chicken was crispy,but since all I had was the little drums I can say how the texture of the breast, thigh or rest of the wing would have been. The drums were ok, a little chewy and the hot Jones sauce was like a gel coating, a little sweet and spicy but it was a heavy coat. Not bad but not worth the price to be honest. Yardbird makes much better fried chicken so probably won't go back.

the sandwich was “just ok”. standard fried chicken patty, kinda dry, doused in sweet sauce in the hope you dont notice. reasonable price
