Playground closed, extremely long wait at the counter (felt like they were only focusing on drive through), delivered order with missing items, rude service when we requested our complete order, which wasn’t actually complete but we didn’t feel like asking again. The worst Chick Fil A I’ve been to.

I went through drive through a couple of days ago. Told them exactly what I wanted. Ordered a deluxe sandwich no pickle. Paid for my order. When I got to the second person he said deluxe no pickle with Colby cheese. I told him I didn't say anything about colby cheese. He said they charged me for it anyway and said he would have to cancel the payment to my card and then I would have to repay at the window. He acted really pissy about the whole thing. I told him it wasn't my fault. When I got to the window I told the person what happened they handed me my food and when I got to my destination and looked at my sandwich it had colby cheese anyway even though I didn't want colby cheese. Needless to say not a good experience. I'm usually very satisfied with their food.
