10/8/22 update. We went back and they are still super slow! We sat in the drive thru for 25 mins! Again! We will not be back, demoted to a 2 star review because of the wait. I hope they can get it together soon. 9/25/22. Food was great, the wait was not. The place is normally a 5 but today was a 4 because the drive thru was almost 20 mins of waiting.
The lobby and counter areas were very clean, and my food was delivered as I was sitting down at a table (quick service)! My 3-year-old niece spilled my sweet tea all over the table, seat, and floor and the employees were very friendly and quick to clean it up. I was there at a busy lunch rush and they tended to us right away!
Slowest Chic Fil A I have ever been in. Do not do dine in or walk in carry outs. They prioritize the drive thru and no one helps the dining room customers. The employees there were extremely slow and acted annoyed we were inside. We waited over 20 minutes for our 3 biscuits with only 2 others in the dining room. … More
