Just visited this location spent almost 40 bucks on food, just to get home to find food missing & the cobb salad was topped with burnt crispy parts instead of actual chicken. Call to inform them & these ppl hung the phone up; cool???????????????????????? Parking: Fight abt to happen in parking lot, which caused us to hurry to get away from establishment.
Very slow and rude. I do the mobile orders, but still I am sent through the line and to wait on the side which is not safe at this location. We waited 20 minutes for a simple order and had to get out of our car to find our order. Ridiculous slow service and bad customer service. Why do a mobile order if they don’t have your order ready and still make you wait extra? Chick-fil-A needs to teach these kids how Chick-fil-A used to be or I just won’t waste my money here!

So I was like, no i didn’t order a salad, BUT I’d like a creamy salsa please. To which he replies, (in the condescending tone that makes you feel like You’re in trouble or something): “well, you’re gonna have to pay $.59 for a pack or creamy salsa” almost as if I was going to change my mind or something, so I was like, yeah whatever So I had to get in line, wait for my turn and then finally, after my food got cold I was able to get my creamy salsa. So there’s the whole story, but just to be clear: I have
