Chick-fil-A Snellville Hwy 78

It’s very frustrating to keep calling twice week asking why is my food always missing something. Accuracy is important not speed. It’s real easy to just get breakfast somewhere else.

I had a bad experience at this location. I ordered 2 spicy deluxe and 4 counts of chick in strips. I paid like $22. A young lady handed me my order while I was still in line, and I was exited, didn’t check my order and left. I got home, I opened the bag, there were only 2 medium fries, 4 chick n strips and a bunch of sauces. The receipt was still in there and it clearly shows my order. I was really disappointed, but thank God at least they gave me the chick n strips, because otherwise my daughter would have been mad as well.

Disappointed to see agents standing around chatting for 10 minutes, and a customer blocking the lanes possibly due to an inoperable car. Nevertheless, why are customers made to suffer about your so-called canopy rule to stop selling breakfast if you're beyond the canopy. You all could've placed an agent at the street side to let customers know, breakfast orders are not placed if your vehicle is not under the canopy. I was inside the lot around 10:05 am on 8/27/22. So disappointed, because I wanted breakfast. Since I had to wait in the lane to proceed, I ordered coffee with 5 Splenda's and two French vanilla creamers. Received two packets of sugar and half and half. I am beyond disappointed with the service received today. Waited five minutes for Amber, the manager on duty. She failed to come out, to hear my concerns. Highly disappointed, but still spent my money during a negative experience.
