I literary waited 15 mins in drive through for hash browns. Staff was not apologetic and allowed a vehicle to hold up the drive through line. I will not be supporting this location again.
This is the only Chick-Fil-A that I have been to that can never get it right. We never get a "my pleasure" The dry attitudes are just as bad as all other fast food. My order is never right, our breakfast burrito was soooo small. They forgot my extra cheese. We had to drive all the alway back to get them remade and the manager act as if we were the problem. Acted as if we were bothering her with our problems.
My family and I have been customers since we moved to the neighborhood in 2008. Several of the long-time crew members watched my daughter grow from 6 months to 15 years old, remember, and are genuinely happy when they see her once in a while. They’re always busy, and for good reason. The customer service and food quality doesn’t waver. I don’t even bother checking orders before driving off. I really appreciate that they renovated during the pandemic to the current double drive-thru system, yet with face-to-face ordering (I’m deaf so this is particularly awesome for me).
