I never thought I’d complain about Chic-Fi-La but I guess it’s a first time for everything. Every time we go to this Chic-Fi-La something has gone wrong. Once there was a hole in my cup and when we asked for a different drink the lady at the window looked so annoyed. A few other times the soda was flat, I had the wrong order, or they forgot napkins/condiments. This is definitely my least favorite Chic Fi La location.
I personally don't like the place much but my family wanted it so there I was. The drive thru line was ridiculous but went fast, considering. They said everything was warm and good. If they're happy, I'm probably happy enough.
It was a long line at the drive thru. My food was nice & hot. No complaints beside i did not like the fact that my order was already waiting and that the employee seem to be rushing my food and without any courtesy like thank you or do you need anything else etc.
