I love going to Chick-fil-A but time and time again, I get a trip with bad fries and this is one of them. Chick-fil-A really needs to be stepping up and making sure their fries are actually the indicated size because this is a medium, if not small fry for the price of a large fry.
I haven't eaten Chick-fil-A in over a year after a bad experience waiting for over an hour at a different location only for them to lose my other online. Normally I ask myself "is their chicken worth the wait?" As the lines are impeccably long at most locations. This time was different. Undertaking arduous trials, we needed energy. Thankfully this location only made us wait in car line about fifteen minutes. Not bad for the size of the order and how busy they were. I've changed my mind about this company... For now
How you serve someone and their kids old fries the food was cold. The young man didn't want to take my order so he turned around and act like he was doing something on the tablet got to the window they kept skipping over me how is the cars behind me getting their order before me make it make since. Just worst service ever never eating here again. The quality is reputation is going down quickly no this is not the first time either. If I could give no stars I would.
