Normally I don’t have a problem with this location, but today I had a really bad experience. First the person taking my order kept on saying uh uh uh when I would tell her my order after I had to repeat it THREE TIMES. Then we waited in line for almost 25 minutes in the drive through and once we got to pick up our order they couldn’t find my order cause for some reason “it didn’t go through” and they wanted me to order again and wait more to get my food !! Idk what’s happening to this location but it goes without saying that we will no longer be consuming at this location. I would much rather drive 10 miles out of the way if we wanna get chick-fil-a
Horrible location first waiting in the line as usual long. (It’s to be expected they are good) They forgot my sandwich well done so I let the employee know and he talked to a manager they said it will be 10 mins wait (after waiting 15) due to I want it well done. My whole order was well done so how did that get forgotten. Told them fine I’ll just take it how it comes. Why did I get home (5 mins up the road) and my sandwich is cold but my other food I got first is still hot plus you can tell it was just thrown together. Next time I will stick to the rockwall location since this location just throws stuff together.
The inside of this restaurant is not clean! There are at least 20 employees here and no one cleaning tables or emptying trash cans. Manager appears unconcerned ???? Very disappointed
