Chick-fil-A

First ever visit to chic- fil-a, as we only have a few in Canada. From the time i ordered my number 1 meal to the time it arrived at the table was about 5 min. The drive thru was Very busy, so considering that, the food arrived fast. The sandwich and fries were hot. But, the straw i was given, still wrapped was soaked. Not sure with what, decidedly, i did not use it. All empty tables were dirty, with wither garbage or food crumbles left behind from previous customers. The entire time I was inside, at total of about 30 min. I did not see one employee come out to clean up the tables. I know it was busy, but clean tables are needed all the time. Would i return, maybe, but would probably just get the food to go.

This is my favorite chick fil a near my house! We always prefer to go to this specific one just because the food is always great and everyone is so nice there. I just want to shout out Rico specifically because we had a great experience with him today as well as Vanessa because we see her every time we go in and she always greets us and checks in on us if we need anything!!

I used to go out of my way to come to this location. I believe they are under new management or have just lost all of their previous employees. Service for as long as I can remember has been consistently positive and quick. The past 4-5 times I’ve gone I’ve Sat in the drive thru for 30 + mins. Noticed they only had 2 people total taking orders whereas they used to have at least 4. Pulling up to the window it was all new faces. I hope they can get back to where they used to be because this used to be the best location.
