Chick-fil-A

So we ordered a 30 count nuggets, oj, barqs rootbeer , fries(well done not burnt and very hot), egg-bacon-cheese biscuit & a parfait w/granola. Everything was hot, cold and perfect! I’m always greeted with a smile and their patience is impeccable. Service was 10/10 & food is always on point. Great customer service-yes I needed to reiterate ????

let me start this off by saying, out of all the times i have been to this location i rarely have a not so pleasant experience here; however, this morning was different. i went through the drive thru and ordered a 4ct of the minis. the girl taking my order was very rude. she was quick with me as if she did not want to take my order. *let me note that i used to work at chick-fil-a and i know how we are to speak to customers and how we are to make the customer feel welcomed. i on the other hand did not feel welcomed today by any of the workers. i understand if youre having a bad day or even just stressed; however, thats not how you treat customers by basically trying to rush them off, not asking if they need sauces, not saying “goodmorning” and instead saying “whats the name?” i may seem as if i am doing too much with this review; however, i just know how customer service usually is at this location… and it is usually nothing like this. i usually feel welcomed and not rushed. they didnt e

To be honest, I am not good at English. However, I am working in an American company without any problems. My job is mechanical side, so it's quite complicated. Anyway, I visited more than three times and placed an order, but I never received a proper order. I found out when I came home. It's not a big deal, but it's irritating. Also my children were dispointed. I always got what I wanted from the Chick -fil-a store near TJ maxx. I think I didn't get proper food because my English is so poor. I'm sorry. I'm sorry, but I don't think I can give it five stars.
