You always know what you’re getting with Chick-fil-a. Their food is pretty delicious, though honestly it’s pretty expensive. A dinner for 2 will often run us about $30, which is pretty pricy considering it’s fast food. As we know, the staff are always very friendly and helpful, I’ve never had a negative experience, this alone makes me willing to pay the extra money to avoid going to other fast food restaurants.
Never patronizing this location ever again! Bad attitude, food received is not correct, and this is not a one off experience! McDonald's across the street has better attitudes than these people employed at this particular location. They are destroying your brand Chik FIL A.
Ordered a spicey chicken biscuit online way before breakfast was over, but once I got there they couldn't complete my order and my money would be refunded. And the fact that the website stated it was making my order once I started driving doesn't make sense, because I would have rather my order been made once I ordered it, or at least let me decide the time I want my food prepared.
