Chick-fil-A

The drive thru service is bad at this location. The drive thru operators are not trained up on how serve the customer which causes a traffic problem at the intersection of this parking lot. Nor do I want my food while waiting for the line to move up ahead. This location's drive thru service needs more training!!!

I absolutely love Chick-Fil-A. That being said, this location needs a member of corporate to secret shop. The staff in the evening is very nice, very fast, but very young. Teenage behavior is to be expected, but there is a great amount of unprofessionalism shown at this location. Not staff wide, but a few bad apples may influence the crew. Other than some behavioral adjustments, another great branch! **EDIT** I changed my review because the service has gotten worse over the past few weeks.

I just went through the drive through and ordered an 8 count nugget meal. I tried to order an extra nugget entree but the girl, I think her name was Makenzie, took my order told me I couldn't do that, which I knew was ridiculous. I've ordered single entree's from Chick-fil-A before. I went ahead and ordered a kids meal as well, since I was told I couldn't order a single entree. After paying for my food and leaving I checked the website menu and saw that you in fact could order a single entree. I then tried to call Chick-fil-A to make sure that what I was seeing online was accurate but no one answered the phone. I don't have a problem buying two meals, I have an issue with wasting money. I know my son won't eat all the food in a kids meal that's why I order the way I do. I am able to order single entree's on the app but I go through drive thru and get treated like what I'm asking is insane. Maybe more training would help situations like this from happening.
