I was a bit disappointed this morning. I was craving breakfast! The drive through was so busy (in line 15 min), by the time I had my chance to order, breakfast was no longer being served. I ordered a chicken wrap instead. I am not a fan of the "cool wrap" as it was very dry.
I went through the drive thru, and as rare as it is, this visit they did not get everything ordered into my sack. It is a little hard to overlook when what was left out was the sandwich! Fortunately, I had not left the parking lot before checking. Back through the lane, they were prompt to correct the issue and gave me a coupon for a future visit.
I love Chick fil-A but this location is not very good. The staff is not friendly like most Chick fil-A locations. They get orders wrong and have a bit of an attitude about fixing it. They just don't seem very pleasant...especially management. Must be a bad work environment causing poor morale? … More
