Chick-fil-A

The food was good as always at Chick Filet but the customer service made it worth while. There was a young African American young lady who I believe was the manager who so very nice with an awesome spirit that glowed with happiness. After I got my food, I sat down to eat after having a stressful day and she had a big smile and greeted me and asked me how my day was. I explained that I just arrived in the US after being out the US for awhile and she welcomed me back and made my day. Thank you for this amazing customer experience that makes want to come back to this store. I was the man who ordered a classic chic filet with a Dr. Pepper around 6 or 7pm and told her I was just now eating my breakfast. Thank you for a great experience! This young lady made my day and my customer experience was absolutely awesome. Thank you

My mother-in-law went to buy Mac and Cheese, and when she received the Mac and Cheese, Chicken Nuggets, and fries. The mac and cheese and fries were super cold, and the fries were soggy. My mother-in-law went back to let them know, and she received the worst customer service from Elisa. Judging and looking at the rest of the reviews I see this is by far the worst location. If not willing to change why not shut down this location permanently. I rather drive the extra couple of minutes to go to the other location instead of this one.

Definitely one of the very few CFAs that I wasn't impressed with. Girl at counter was nice, great service but lobby was dirty, tables dirty, big spill on the floor that was there when we arrived and sat for another 10-15 minutes before an employee mopped it up. After he walked through it several times and tracked it all over the place. Breakfast was good, as expected. Glad this isn't out local CFA or I would be sad.
