Chick-fil-A

I’m not sure what has been going on lately but almost every time I order through the drive-thru my order is either not correct or is missing items. Very annoying when I get home and don’t get what I ordered. I have to check my order every time before driving away to make sure everything is correct. Other than that food is good and the workers are friendly.

This is the worst Chick-Fil-A in the entire Central Fl. - The workers that your order don't even try to pretend they like their job and are happy to serve. - When I go, during my lunch time at nights, the wait is usually extended. For multiple reasons including medical, bacon isn't a part of my diet. The order said no bacon or tomato in the cobb salad. When I went to work to eat (drive thru order). They gave me no egg and gave me bacon. I had a rough day and realized that I hadn't eaten anything but fruits being 7 months pregnant so I chose the closest place to eat with a healthy option (cobb salad). I called and reported the order issue that has now caused me to miss another meal and all I was offered was a refund. I explained, I wouldn't be able to skip another meal but I had no choice. Thanks Chick-Fil-A. I won't be shopping with you again, I'm going Whole Foods on days I don't cook.

Well we waited til they opened at 6:30, and we continued into the drive thru line to place our order. One of the workers took our order, and drinks and everything. And then when we sit and wait behind a car for almost 10 min. We get to the window and the lady tells me that their food will be ready in 30 min, but she can give me my drink. I have never never been to a chick fil a like that. Which is ridiculous because you had me wait all that time only to tell me you can’t serve any food right now. It was completely ridiculous, if you knew you wouldn’t have food ready, you should have sent someone out to tell the customer about your food timing. Will not be coming back to this one again. Completely disappointing, especially @ 6:30 in the morning.
