Chick-fil-A

After a very long night in ICU with my daughter getting no sleep, I wanted to order dinner instead of cook. Well, I won't be ordering from this store ever again. First they tell me to come up to the store to get the missing KIDS MEAL after me explaining that this would completely defeat the purpose of delivery. Then, they tried to blame Uber and their driver...Until I bring up the fact that they are responsible for checking the order and that they seal the bag. Then I'm told to take it up with Uber because it was an Uber order. Like....excuse me??? Are you people not the ones putting these orders together and then giving said order to the Uber driver??? Pretty sure that was Chik Fil A's screw up and all I was met with was well come get it then??? So much for customer service because this store...does not care about customer service. That was my child's dinner that y'all forgot. How dare they try to point the finger at my driver.

I had never met a slow chick fil a until I met this one. First trip through the drive thru I thought it was a fluke, now on my third and it's the same thing. Drive thru line has been incredibly slow and two of the times I also had to pull to the side and wait additional time. Drinks had almost no ice and fries were hard and cold. Pretty standard for fast food but usually not chick fil a! This store makes me sad.
