Chick-fil-A

Chicken sandwiches are really amazing. They server fresh and warm food. This place is usually busy in drive thru but if you can get into the restaurant then you can get your order quickly. I would prefer placing an order in advance through mobile app.

This was a once great Chick Fil A location. But over the years it has just been downhill for the Monroeville Chick Fil A. Especially in the evenings. What happened to the friendly service. I was told by a cashier that they don't take the food to your table anymore. While the cashier at the next register was giving the little table markers out to eat in diners. The Mac and Cheese was amazing when it was first introduced. Now it tastes like something out of a box. The parking lot and drive thru is a mess with these unsightly sheds used for taking orders. The line is long and always seems to take forever anymore. I'm going to save my Chick Fil A cravings for when I am in Greensburg. They still follow the Chick Fil A motto on customer service. Bye Monroeville CFA. I hope you can get some managers to get this place together to your going to just be like the other fast food restaurants in the area. A joke and places to stay away from.

This visit was out of the normal for chik fil a... it took awhile to complete my order because they couldn't scan my qr code. Then couldn't get my receipt due to system down... To the pickup area, I'm 3rd in line and they bring me a bag... surprise. Not my order. Honk tell her error, then she comes back with another bag. Still not mine. Third times a charm... nope. She then asks for my receipt, hahaha didn't get one. Tell her what I ordered and she looks thru bags onthe window. None were mine.. I suggest giving the people in front of me service before me. (I'm still 3rd in line) Finally I get the correct food and am off, still wondering about the 2 other cars still waiting!
