Saturday morning service always seems to be a problem. This morning there were only five cars in front of me and it took a long time to give my order. When I did arrive to give my order I was asked to wait. When I did get to pull around to the window there were no cars at the window so I don't understand the wait. If you ask for a cup of ice they tell you they can't give out ice today. I have even offered to purchase a drink and leave the drink out and just give me the ice and they say they can't give out ice. In the morning time your tea is so hot that by the time I arrive at work all the ice is melted and I am still left with warm tea. Please work on training the weekend staff so they are fast and competent like the weekday team.
I'm not a fan of chick-fil-a, the food is ok but the idea of being in line so long for a chicken sandwich is crazy to me. However, I do love and recommend the frozen lemonade drink. I tried it in San Antonio, TX, and loved it there. It was only OK here though. … More
Very very busy location. If possible I recommend going through the drive-thru. I ate in the lobby and I felt very out of place. This location is clearly overwhelmed with drive-tru orders and the lobby and ordering area has been partially converted to storage for supplies. This in no way affected the quality of service or the quality of food, which was, as always, impeccable. Parking: Very crowded parking lot, a large number of curbside ordering spots.
