Chick-fil-A

The service at this particular location on South Wadsworth has been going downhill for the last couple of months. They have messed my order up more often than not, even after repeating it back to me correctly. I was shocked to have been served stale fries a few weeks ago and the server vopped an attitude with me over replacing a simple order of french fries. It's definitely not been the normal Chick-fil-A service that I am used to receiving. I decided to try them one more time today, and they got my order wrong again. When I pointed that out to them they just shrugged and mumbled something under their breath. It wasn't worth my time or energy to have them correct it. I guess I will opt for Cane's up the street in the future.

Slow service with inaccurate items received/missing. Also could not enter rewards from receipt because not all the information needed was on the receipt. Even after remodel the service is super slow and chaotic. This is the only chick fil a like this. They need to get their act together.

The dine in area was dirty. The floors, tables and chairs were not clean. The garbage containers were over flowing. None the staff seemed to notice any of this. Pretty bad place to eat.
