Chick-fil-A

Would give them 5 stars but they’ve removed the instruction field in the app (final stage of ordering before placing order) and I used to ask for well done fries because the fries are typically soggy and gross by the time I get home. I called the restaurant tonight after placing my order and was told they no longer make well done fries. Every other fast food restaurant chain I go to is happy to accommodate, but not this one. Not cool.

I went to Chick-fil-A dec. 19 with my two daughters at 4:11 pm at register 6 to get a late lunch. I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich and my daughters ordered the eight piece chicken nugget meal. We were really disappointed with the way our order turned out. I got my sandwich and looked at it, the chicken was barely even cooked and the bread was crumbly and dry. And one of my daughters orders had Mac and cheese. It surprised me the way that the Mac and cheese was overcooked and burned on the top. And my second daughter, one of the chicken nuggets was pink inside. We were really upset and disappointed with the way our orders turned out. And plus we paid $29.78 and the food was not worth what we paid for. We are not coming back.
