I had just experienced rude customer service at Sonic across the street and was so glad to leave and make my way to Chick-fil-a. I was only going there for the really big cup of ice and had an online order to pick up at Chick-fil-A. The young lady who checked me in and the nice lady at drive-thru were so friendly it made up for the bad customer service that I had just experienced. And it reminded me why I love stopping by Chick-fil-A to eat when I’m on the run. Not just fresh, hot and great tasty food, but the best customer service experience that you truly receive on the run. And can’t be compared to the fast food restaurants at ALL!
The service is beyond comparison to any other business around (non-restaurant included). The genuine nature of its employees speaks volumes. I want to especially take a moment to thank Damien who was more than gracious. Thanks for showing kindness and a Christian nature that isn’t seen much anymore.
The chicken is great.! Milkshakes that will make your tongue slap your brains out trying to get another taste.. If you've never had Chick-fil-A, I have a feeling you're gonna like it... Polynesian sauce is a fun twist on sweet and sour. Literally everything on the menu is good.
