WORST Chick-fil-A experience I’ve ever had!!!.. and I love chick-fil-A . First we order and everything goes great and even the person taking the order was great. Then we get to the window, pay like normal. Then they hand us out food. Ordered 10 chicken minis , 2 hash browns , and a chicken egg and cheese biscuit. When we got the food there was NO sandwich . So I nicely let them know and she then hands me a sandwich. I like ok at is and it ONLY a chicken biscuit . Then she began to argue with me that I didn’t order that. I ask for a manager “Laura “ she came over and told me I didn’t order that and was going to charge me an addition $4.79 to correct the order . I stated I didn’t want another sandwich I just wanted to correct this one . So then she says . That will be $.97 for the egg and cheese . I said ok. She just handed me a bag with “ egg and cheese “ in it . And expected me to put my own sandwich together and was quite rude ! I then said this is UNACCEPTABLE from chick-fil- a

This place does not care about dine in customers. They have closed down the parking lot on the entry side. They have also made all the parking spots on the other side of the store for curbside delivery only! Which makes you walk across the parking lot! Which tells me they don’t care about dine in customers.

It's a family favorite. But I gave the drive-thru three stars for atmosphere, it's just a drive thru... The Iguana gives you a whole experience 5 CLAWS.
