In response to a complaint, I was offered a free drink. You have to be kidding me. First, they screwed me out of more than a drink that cost Chick-fil-A $.10. Second, Chick-fil-A, in general, is the most consistently dishonest companies in the fast food business when it comes to the syrup to co2 ratio. The Diet Coke always tastes watered down. I don't know how the Coca Cola company allows you people to sell their products. Watered down softdrinks are the result of negligently or intentionally failing to adhere to the ratio requirements. Third, I have not been in a Chick-fil-A yet that I did not have to tell them to not pack the cup with ice. Once again, another dishonest business practice of an allegedly "christian" owned and operated restaurant chain designed to sell "ice" to customers for the idioticly high prices Chick-fil-A charges for softdrinks.
