So I was at an event in March and THE CFA guy came back stage and passed out cards to the performers for a free sandwich “on me”, he said…why didn’t I notice that he meant “within the next two weeks”? So it’s June and I finally get the chance to go to CFA and…the card has expired ????…so when I presented it, they were like, yeah, nah…can’t do it. ???? Oh well, nice meeting you anyway, Mr CFA guy (Lol I’m guessing you knew I needed to stick to my diet maybe? ????) Friendly suggestion, remove the expiration date on the “have a sandwich on me” cards ????

I can tell there’s been a turnover at this location, I eat here too much. I received a gift card from this location yesterday due to having to wait too long and tried using it today and there’s no $ on it lol really disappointing oh yeah had to wait again today too long for my meal. They asked if I wanted another one today I said what another one without any $ on it - I just walked out and won’t be back for awhile - who ever the managers are at this location need more training or replaced quickly but whatever it’s the days and times we’re living in no one cares.

I ordered online. Gave me the wrong drinks and the fries tasted rotten. The tenders were no bigger than the nuggets. Threw it all in the trash. They want the food back to give refund. I buy food here all the time but this will definitely be my last. I gave yall a shot to fix it and yall want me to make 2 trips to get my hard earned money back. No thanks. Keep the food.
