Placed a simple curbside order. Pregnant and chose Chik-fil-a for their accuracy and quality thinking I could avoid disappointment. The young lady who brought my order was super sweet. However, there was no sauce in the bag, my Arnold Palmer was only sweet tea, and the kale salad only came with almonds, no cranberries. I ordered curbside for a reason, it was just unfortunate for my food to not even be enjoyable because there eas a lack in attention to detail. I know Chik-fil-a to be better.
I tried the online ordering and pickup and it worked great. The sandwiches are delicious as usual and were hot and fresh and the pickup was contact-free. I liked the app fine. It was easy to customize my order.
Always a pleasure to eat here. The common area to eat had plenty of seating and was very clean. Kid-friendliness: Always kid friendly!
