Chick-fil-A

They hired a white bitter old Karen who literally got my order wrong. The opposite of everything I said. If you dont like working there then leave. Disappointed on this chick fil A because they keep their people on check.

Unfortunately this location doesn't represent the brand well. Gave me the wrong drink. When I took it back the person acted put out and then was barely audible when responding to my thank you. Then the nuggets in the kids meal were overcooked and hard. The food court area itself where seating is available is very run down with chipped and broken tables and dirty chairs

I went to pick up an order for a coworker that ordered a salad. I figured since I was down there I would order the same thing. I was told "we are only taking orders on the mobile app for salads" You won't take my money and let me order the meal that I want? This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard of. I could clearly see salads being made in the back. So much for great customer service. Have a nice day.
