Chick-fil-A

We come to this Chick-fil-A multiple times a week and it really is lacking in so many areas. Sometimes it’s not so bad and that is only because we order through the app and pick up the food without interaction. Every time we have to interact with a person here it’s like they do not care to even be working. They are not courteous at all and often are dismissive. We can’t even finish ordering before they cut us off. They are extremely rude at times. Often times are order is in correct. If you come here, order through the app and do inside pick up. Avoid talking to anyone. Chick-fil-A needs to review this store thoroughly. So disappointed. (We’ve been coming multiple times every week for over 2 years since it’s on the way back to work). Oh! And the portions are smaller here than other Chick-fil-As that we have been to

I never have issues at chikfila ESPECIALLY with service. But this guy named ALLEN has the rudest service . And is a liar. He said the ordering on the chik fil a app is a 3rd party and they don’t modify orders through it. But on the app it says “they took modify off app but ask a worker once you arrive and they will modify” his attitude made my experience unsatisfied. I hope y’all don’t get him to make your orders!!
