Went here for lunch and to use a reward coupon for helping the Herd. What a joke….scanned reward at register and did NOT get my free waffle fries….grilled nuggets were over grilled on the burnt side. Very disappointed with customer service and no satisfaction. Talked to 3 people and no satisfaction. Not coming back here. I used to like Chick-fil-A. Tables were dirty.
I definitely went at the wrong time. It was crowded. There were a bunch of teens there, I am assuming that a high school was nearby. Some of the teens were trying to cut in line at this location. The staff were trying there best to keep up with the orders, just couldn't keep control of the line and cleanliness of the store. One of the teens almost grabbed my order. My order came out right and my food was delicious. I had the number 2 combo. The fries were fresh and delicious and the chicken sandwich was amazing. The drinking selections were average.
Chick-fil-A corporate needs to do something about the ridiculous trend that's going on at their locations in Arizona and probably all over the US. People love their product... I get it... It is quite delicious. That being said, the way they have started blocking the roads because the location is not big enough to contain all of the people in the drive-thru has reached epic proportions of stupidity. If they did not purchase enough land to be able to conduct a business appropriately, they should have opened an additional location. But that's not in the Chick-fil-A business model. They like it this way. It creates a feeling of FOMO, because obviously, everybody is in line for something good, right? This is sick and wrong. Anyone coming through the strip mall where a Chick-fil-A location is placed, has to deal with the stupidity of their horrendous business practices. Chick-fil-A Corporate: FIX THIS!!! Also, a note on how slow this location is: When I arrived, a party of teenagers came in.
