Customer service was great, as usual. Ordered a kids' meal for my 97 year old grandfather, and he loved it. Couldn't believe how much food there was for him to eat. As we left, he said, "That was really good." In fact, he is still saying that. It's been a few hours. Thank you!! … More
I worked at this store when it opened and oh my how it has changed. Sad the play area is filthy. My kids hands and feet were so dirty after playing for about 20 minutes. The benches in the dining area almost all seemed to have rips and holes in them. There was dust building up by the window we sat at. A male and female employee were at a table near us gossiping about another employee and talking about their skin color. Just weird and sad. This location has lost our business for sure.
I worked at this chick-fil-a for over a year. There are great people here. However, the management style is toxic at the highest level. As a leader, I received no empathy and was expected to be at work the entire time that my husband was going through a pretty serious surgery and complications that came with it. That was the moment that I lost all hope for this place. Now there are only a few of the good ones left. I sincerely hope they are doing okay ❤️
