Chick-fil-A

This was the 3rd time my husband and I tried to eat at this restaurant. The traffic around the bldg was so crowded and we just could not get into the line all around the bldg. This time it looked like we just might make it. Well we did get on the line and two employees came to the car to take our order. We had no idea of what to order as we had not been there in years. We quizzed the employee who could not believe we did not know what to order. and decided to order the simplest thing: chicken sandwiches and cokes. Moved to another employee who took our credit card while we are still on the line of cars. I think we dropped around $12 . Finally got to the window...and another employee checked for a bag with our car's description on it. Quite an experience . They had no senior discounts, no senior drinks and no personal touches either. Just keep the line moving! We went back to Wendy's the next day.!

This place used to be your average Chick-fil-A but my god it has been consistently awful in the last year or so. Get ready to wait.. and wait… and wait. Even if you do a mobile order (which they no longer allow), you’ll still wait 10-20 minutes no matter if you go inside or out. It wouldn’t be so bad if the food was worth the wait, but the last few times I’ve been, it’s been lukewarm at best. The Costco gas line is faster than this place is and has better service. And at this point, Costco’s food court has way better food. It’s worth driving to the alico location. At least they still have their standards. It’ll be half the wait and the food will be way better than this one.

Great customer service as always. The parking lot and drive through are very small and usually the drive thru backs up because of that. I wouldn’t go here if you are in a rush. Expect to wait 5-10 minutes almost any time of the day. Staff is always so polite and food is always delicious
