All was well until a lady that worked in the dining area named “Pat”kept trying to talk to us and Pointed out a lady that she called “fat”. Saying “I don’t get those fat women, they look so stupid, I mean would you want your daughter to look like that, I don’t get it”. This seems very unlike what Chick-fil-A stands for! I’ve never had a bad experience at any location but this was a bit to far. Calling someone fat to one of your guests trying to Enjoy lunch was bothersome!
it was me and my friends first time at chic fil a, we were very excited going in and upon arrival at the drive thru we were greeted by Marry Jean who was quick to give us attitude when we tried to place 3 separate orders. We were unaware of the two order per car policy but Marry Jean didn’t seem to care. When we arrived at the window the guy in the neon green bucket hat threw his hands in the air when he was told we had another order for our car. For our first time coming we are very disappointed maybe look into hiring people with good communication skills. Food was good though
They are really doing the Lords work car by car in that drive-thru. It's so magical, like Christmas. They never fail us! Little angels work there and they are always so kind. Love this place and their sauce is Heavenly!
