We just left this location and all we wanted was a milkshake. I understand the location being busy but that’s no excuse for the staff yelling at each other to find someone to be on desserts and stare at us while giving everyone else who came in after us their order. I ordered a strawberry milkshake and there was barely any strawberry flavoring. It was basically vanilla. Half of what was in my cup wasn’t even a milkshake- IT WAS WHIPPED CREAM. The bottom of my cup was very warm, rancid tasting whipped cream so not only did I get not what I ordered, I got nasty, old whipped cream in half my cup when they could have saved themselves the trouble and actually make a milkshake the first time. The girl at the counter was gossiping with her friend stating “oh these white people getting freaking agitated just give them the order”. We’re taking this complaint to headquarters as well because nobody needs/deserves to be served rancid anything

Grabbed breakfast from here. Got the a couple of bf biscuit sandwiches, lemonade, and some hasbrowns alacart ... teammember proactively made it a combo meal and saved me a couple of dollars. Appreciated them looking out.

Came thru and the woman definitely told me the wrong price I confirmed with her and the woman at the register and then I find out they charged me almost 10 dollars too much, thought it was funny but didn't really worry about it. Pretty sure she just pocketed it. Seemed kinda wack
