Good quality, but I just moved out to crystal lake and began frequenting this particular chick fil a. Unfortunately, I’ve been disappointed every time. Every single time I come to this location, one thing is always missed. If it’s not giving us any sauce at all, no crackers for soup despite asking for extra, cheese when we say no cheese, just small things. I guess I get frustrated because I’ve never experienced such inconsistency at this restaurant as I have at this location.
So good. The best chicken sandwich on the market. The burgers were good and the chicken tasted fresh.The chicken nuggets was amazing.The staffs are friendly and helpful even though it was busy.The sauces are really good. It was my favourite out of all the chains I’ve tried so far. Highly recommended!
Very nice, but incredibly slow. Uncharacteristic for Chic-fil-A. We have been waiting for over 10 minutes with 3 other cars in the drive thru. We pulled up 28-minutes ago. The food is good, but dont come in a hurry.
