Worst Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to. It’s ran by children that sit there and talk instead of working. They have 8 of those children at the drive thru door and no one is doing anything. They just stand around. It took 10 minutes when I was at the window for them to hand me the 3 drinks I ordered and that’s all I ordered. At one point they told me to pull forward because my order wasn’t ready…..my order of 3 drinks wasn’t ready….it was almost comical how unorganized and poorly ran this location is. Do not eat here, avoid the headache.

I've always had good experiences at this Chamblee location, I stopped in to order a shake for my mom. I had a birthday dessert on my account that I didn't want to use but the young lady used it by mistake. Ryan, the manager was able to comp me a shake for the next visit. I like the way he handled the situation, very professional and I never felt like I was being bothersome.

The drive thru is a disaster. It takes forever from the time they take your order until you actually get your food. I actually decided to skip the drive thru and go inside the restaurant earlier this week. In the time that it took me to park my car, run inside, place my order, get my food, and get back into my car, I probably saw only one or two cars actually move up in the line. Also, the portions are pathetic. The fries barely fill half of the paper container. The location looks great but they really need to work on everything else.
