Bad experience with the Beachwood location. Jacked up my order on three items. Had to return back to 3 separate times. Reminded me of a gas station chicken sandwich & cold fries. I never had this problem at a regular location. Very unorganized and ghetto ????
I don't think I have ever had a bad meal at chick Fil A. Always regret getting other fast food when I know how good this place is
Horrible location. One cashier while other employees walk around aimlessly. This is ridiculous when trying to order food on a half hour lunch break!!!! Who is responsible for this dysfunctional customer service?
