Chick-fil-A

I have never had a bad experience at Chick-fil-A until I went to the White Marsh Mall location about 6pm on Fri, Aug. 19, 2022. The energy of the staff was very low, they were slow, they were disorganized. There so many customers just standing around and waiting for orders. A few ppl that ordered after us was served before us, we both only ordered ice cream. It took 10 mins for an ice cream cone and an addl 5 mins for my sisters ice cream in a bowl and they ran out of spoons for her! They gave her a fork ! They made no attempt to do anything to remedy the issue including an apology. I will not visit this location again unless I see improvement, it was shameful especially considering how well known Chick fil A is known for its great service. This location was poor service.

This is a petty post but I'm kinda over it. I know it's a champagne problem so I'm venting. Every time I ask the cashier to charge me for creamy salsa with a sandwich meal they seem to understand only to discover they do not. This is the sixth time it's happened that I ask for creamy salsa it's on the receipt but it's not charged and I get to the drive thru window where the creamy salsa police reside and they don't put it in the bag that's clearly labeled as needing two creamy salsas in it. I have to take the additional step to pay for it which I thought I did already and get to hold up the line. Please help your order takers bc the window doesn't play about releasing creamy salsa dressing even though I think one dressing should come free with a meal because it costs 10.00 for a freaking meal! Be on the same page please. See photos below.

Breakfast sandwiches was dry and stale Chicken was half done! No napkins in bag! Worse service I ever experience!!! I will never waste my time or money again!!!
