Chicago's Number One Gyros

Delicious gyros! I've been looking for a good Greek/gyro place since moving to AZ and I believe I've found a winner! The gyro combo is about $11 and will fill you up! The meat was juicy, pita was soft, and tzatziki was rich and flavorful. The restaurant itself has adequate seating, but it is a bit warm. However, I will be coming back here each time I get a craving for Greek!

Always a great place to eat. Great food, service is friendly. Clean and relaxing atmosphere. Have been coming here for a long time and will continue to do so. Been twice since Joe sold it to niece and her husband. first time it was delicious as if Joe was still in the kitchen cooking. We talked to them then and they said they were not going to change anything on the menu in fact they would be adding new stuff eventually.. 2nd time We went it was a little disappointing I normally order the Solvaki gyro I was very disappoit is what I unwrapped my gyro Not only was the portion of meat in my gyro extremely small, But they put romaine lettuce in it . Joe use to put no lettuce in it but put sliced tomatoes and sliced red onions in it. It was always delicious and filling. Romaine does not belong in a gyro especially if you are using it as a filler for meat. I would hate to see this place lose All the clientele that Joe acquired. ???? I will try it again one more time

This place advertises an 8pm close time, but the kids working there close 20 minutes early so they can leave earlier. I worked in food service for nearly 20 years and it is a known bad trait in a restaurant to close earlier than advertised. This place used to be good, but being turned away with 20 minutes left til closing time left a bad impression. May never return.
