Absolutely wonderful service, and the food was SO delicious. I would say the best steak I ever had. The chef prepared it to perfection! He even came out to speak with us. We also enjoyed dessert - a lovely creme brulee' my favorite!
While I've lived in Schaumburg for years, this was my first visit to Chicago Prime Italian. I stopped on impulse after a rough day at work. Upon entering the restaurant I immediately started to feel at ease. The atmosphere is very warm, inviting and elegant. I was immediately greeted by a hostes with a warm and inviting smile and promptly seated. My waitress was very attentive-as were all of the waiters/waitresses which I witnessed serving the guests around me. The menu provided a wonderful selection to choose from. My waitress was very knowledgeable and provided recommendations. My food was served promptly and my waitress, Loredana, stopped by several times to make sure that everything was to my satisfaction. The food was VERY delicious! It definitely was not just thrown together. The chef is obviously well skilled in knowing how to prepare food to bring out the full flavor of what is being served. The Food was Excellent. Yes, its a bit pricey, but what good restaurant isn't these days. For an occasional treat, its an excellent option. The kids menu was surprisingly reasonable, drinks very good, and food excellent. We had a party of 10, and spent the evening here celebrating family birthdays. They gave us plenty of space for the group and allowed us to take our time. Service was TOP NOTCH! Also have outdoor patio space! We will be back!
