I luv the tips and sauce however the customer service is terrible. The guy behind the counter is extremely rude, argumentative, dismissive and slow. Placing your order online, being told it will be an hour, should not result in waiting an additional 30+ mins in line and then being told your is not ready; we'll call your name. Huh'?
This was some of the driest overcooked ribs I have ever eaten. They should have thrown them out instead of serving them to anyone. If I had open the box at the place I would have asked for my money back.
I love the turkey tips here. The only problem is the long wait time. You should probably go shopping at Walmart or Food for Less until your food is done. There is no order online option or call-in option. That's probably because people don't come to pick up their food like they should so I don't blame the restaurant for that ????????♀️
