Normally my food is always good when I order from here. But today I had a $50 delivery order which consisted of chicken tenders with barbecue sauce and a burger and I got no sauces which would be OK if they didn’t charge me for the cheese sauce I cannot even enjoy my Meal. I know people make mistakes but when I call nobody cared to fix the situation the person was very rude and basically told me there was nothing that he could do because I placed the order online. I was a faithful customer until now it seems they only care about their bottom line not satisfying to customers.

Very disappointed with my experience when I went to order my food the order taker made me feel rushed I had to repeat myself several times I then left the drive through because it was taking to long so I went inside an paid for my order where I was told a different price I paid 9.00 when it was originally 14 of course I paid for the wrong order then when the finally figured out which order was mine I noticed she didn’t give me my peppers so when I asked can I just get them on the side the manager says 80 cents and to get home and open this up and see how the cheese is just clunked on my sandwich on top of the service I received I am completely discussed and will never return

I took my family of 6 here for family bonding. We spent around $70. Two of my children ordered vanilla milkshakes. They weren't sweet. It tasted like frozen milk with whipped cream. I went to say something about it to the cashier and was told "that's how it is made". We ended up throwing the milkshakes away. I would've like to gotten a replacement or something, (after paying $70), but I didn't. I say if you go there, get the burgers, they were good.
