I was there ......very often. At that time I worked at the old Surf Rider Inn and had an apartment right across the street. I was young, single and loved being there. We regulars had the wonderful (sometimes slurry) time! Jay was always kind and patient and never forgot a name. I'm 80 now and very glad to see his place is still in operation. Good memories.....good people,
I love this place. I introduced three friends to the backyard outdoor experience this visit! They loved everything and especially the happy hour pricing. Chez Jays is an iconic place and the service and eats were super yummy too! Parking: Onsite which is rare in that area!!
