Delicious fresh sushi and a BYOB! You must try the homemade lobster ravioli appetizer and spicy tuna tartar. We also ordered four rolls, and the one with the blackened marlin on top was to die for! Great service!
Just had an outstanding meal at Chestnut Hill Sushi. The sushi was super fresh and artfully prepared, and the service was prompt and attentive. The sushi here are the best I’ve had anywhere - highly recommend the Chestnut Hill and Honeymoon rolls!
The positive: 1) attentive and really pleasant service from the hostess who also served as waitress. 2) 15% off on dine in. The needs improvement: the fish seemed tired and in some instances, watery. Emblematic was my "canary-in-a-mine" test of always having a spicy tuna hand roll first. This brought a fairly mushy glob of tuna that lacked oomph in spice, had a singular composition (nothing added to add an element of crunch), and could have been brighter in appearance. All this said, it was a Saturday, and the staff were friendly. It's worth another try.
