Sat at the bar and had the time of our lives. Chesapeake is THE SPOT in Knoxville. Dave (the bar tender). The most attentive and personable bartender I have met in a long time. His recommendations were great and I don’t think I ever saw the bottom of my drink. To top it all off we went to a bar, of Dave’s recommendation, and people welcomed us & knew who sent us. Have nothing but good things to say about the Chesapeake. Been coming to Knoxville for 10 years on business and have not had this good of an experience. Highly recommend.
First time diners with a party of 3. We were seated quickly and the atmosphere was quite comfortable. Our server Fran was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. She was attentive and did a great job. We ordered shrimp and grits, which were seasoned perfectly. Also Yellowfin tuna steak which was wonderful and grilled chicken also good. Food, service, and atmosphere were very nice. Definitely a big recommend.
Always love this seafood place. Not cheap but really good seafood and our server, Ben, was great. Love it! Parking: Easy
