cherokee wings and more

We had started going to this location when it first opened and have been here several times. Slowly and surely they are beginning to not do their due diligence while preparing the food. Had to soak up grease from the wings as It was saturated with oil. The fries were cold and not fresh at all. The wings weren’t fresh either and very hard. I called the manager to get a complete refund and he stated no and that we would have to bring the food back for him to even consider a refund. Horrible customer service. Won’t go back and will make sure that everyone is aware of the poor quality of food and customer service.

Had lunch here today and was pleasantly surprised. I had a 10pc wing and 1 side combo, splitting the flavors half and half for the additional $0.75. For the $11.99 listed on the menu, I imagined I wouldn’t get a lot of fries but that was not the case. It was a decent order, more than enough. The wings were cooked very well and were served with quite a bit of the sauces I ordered. I like my wings “soaking wet”, so I was happy that I was given so much wing sauce without even asking for it. My only complaint was that a few old fries were in the order I was served, but I didn’t make a big deal about it. Plenty of room to dine inside with a couple of big screen TVs, so it was comfortable. Tables and booths available with tons of napkins, plasticware, and bottles of Heinz ketchup on the tables. They have an extensive menu with lunch specials, so I plan to come back again.

Sorry to do this but I ordered a few weeks ago and the food was great. Wished I had make to order larger. Ordered yesterday and the wings were so overcooked they really weren't eatible. I do expect to be able to eat what I pay for. Comon with the cost of food you guys need to do better
