Our first time trying Ethiopian food and it didn’t disappoint! The food was delicious & flavorful. The service was amazing - we had 3 wonderful ladies checking on us. The atmosphere was homey & quaint. The deluxe vegan special was great to be able to try a bunch of things, and the Chercher beef special tibs was delicious. Highly recommend this place!
Incredible Ethiopian food experience. The veggie combo is superb and we also got the tibs which was decent. The price is a bit on the higher side but unlimited servings of the best injera we had made up for it.
Went here on Sunday evening for dinner. We had various dishes as you can see from the photo. The tips were excellent! The first order of tips had the right amount of spicy flavor and the meat was very soft, and the sauce with onions was very tasty. All of the veggies were cut in small sizes that made them easy to pick up with injera. The yellow lentils were too hard though. We ordered a second order of tips since the first order was so good. The second order was not as spicy, but it had a buttery flavor that was also good although not as good as the spicy first tips order. The injera was all teff. The tables are way too small. We had little room for our drinks once the food platter arrived and we had to pay attention to where our elbows were to prevent knocking over our drinks. The place was packed and the service was worse than average since the server did not bring our ginger ale and mango drinks until she was asked a second time. Moreover, our injera arrived about 5 minu
