Chelo's Hometown Bar & Grille

Was there on Monday and we had the best experience we've ever had there. The other guests were nice to us. The service was the best. Bella our waitress was attentive and friendly. I don't think we've ever had such a great experience prior. And all the food was delicious. Finished everything and took home dessert. It would be wonderful to have such an experience every visit

Comments: I moved to Pawtucket, RI from Boston,MA I. November 2022. I found this restaurant a couple of weeks after, I’d never heard of it till after I moved- been going there a few months now and my experiences have been positive since first time there: two servers’ name I ca recall are Jake and Elsa. They’re pleasant, friendly, knowledgeable…. However, I went there with my daughter and 3 grandchildren… we had Reagan as our sever, she was rude from the first contact… no introduction, no smile… did this our entire visit there and when we were ready To leave she practically threw the receipt on our table., no word from her at that time either. Very dissatisfied with this visit. I love Chelo’s but if I get similar experiences I might stop going there!!! Keep this in mind, please, customer satisfaction is a plus!!! Note: before this experience we had nothing but the best of experiences, Reagan was just rude for no apparent reason to us.

I enjoyed my food and service. Half price appetizers were well worth it! Not pictured was the seafood chowder, salmon burger, and 2 plates of calimari but it was all very tasty.
