The fried ribs here are delicious... without a doubt!! However be prepared to WAIT! The wait here was absolutely ridiculous. I with 2 friends order fried ribs, wings and shrimp... we waited almost an hour and there were no other customers. Was the food great? Yes! But being on vacation, I dont have an hour to waste waiting on food.
Someone brought me food from here once and it's ok to me. The fries were basic and my wings weren't fried hard. They were very soggy. The fried conch was ok. The sauce that it came with helped the flavor of it. It wasn't seasoned enough to me. I would like to give this place another try and go and order myself.
Customer service and first impressions are a MUST for me, homegirl TY at the counter must've had a bad day, her cust. ser sucked!!! If the food is good, she make me not want to come again!! You NEVER KNOW WHO YOUR CUSTOMERS ARE, treat EVERYBODY with respect????????????????
