Does this look like penne pasta to y’all? Lol. I purchased penne alla vodka through doordash and wanted a gluten free option. I received spaghetti alla vodka or whatever this is, instead. Big suggestion to the business (1) give someone what they ordered, (2) if something isn’t available, don’t give a substitution without contacting the customer. I called and told them they should’ve called me and the person on the phone says they can’t contact the customer for DoorDash orders… yes you can. There’s an option on the tablet to contact the customer once the order is accepted/confirmed. You could even put items as “unavailable” until whenever because an ingredient in the dish is out of stock. Pure excuses and lack of complete knowledge of customer service. Never again. Some of the spaghetti noodles are undercooked and clumped together. I understand that I ordered gluten free penne but this is spaghetti not PENNE, let alone GLUTEN FREE PENNE THAT I ORDERED. that’s the difference !!
